Debit Card Details

• You can use your debit card for purchases and to withdraw cash from an ATM. Cash can be withdrawn from both Savings and Checking.
• Debt Card set-up fee - $15.00
• There is a set limit for purchases for a 24-hour period of $1500.00
• There is a set limit for cash withdrawals for a 24 hour period of $300.00.
• If you have a special purchase that exceeds the established limit, you can call for a temporary increase in your limit.
• If you lose your debit card, there is a $15.00 replacement fee.
• If your debit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately by calling (903)882-4343.
• If you are traveling, Keystone can place a travel notification on your card.
• If you have made a purchase with your debit card that you feel is invalid, you must contact the merchant for assistance (you authorized the purchase).
• If you are expecting a credit from a merchant on a purchase that was returned/faulty, please allow 7-10 working days.
• If you are a victim of fraud (an unauthorized purchase on your account), call 1-833-337-6075 immediately.

ATM Card Details

• You can use your ATM card to withdraw cash only.
• You can use your ATM card at any ATM machine.
• You will be charged a minimal service fee from the ATM vendor.
• Your ATM card CANNOT be used for purchases.
• Your ATM card has a set limit for a 24-hour period of $300.00.
• If you lose your ATM card, there is a $15.00 replacement fee.
• If your ATM card is lost or stolen, report it immediately by calling (903)882-4343.
• If you are traveling, Keystone can place a travel notification on your card.
• If funds are not disbursed or not disbursed in total at the ATM machine, you must contact the vendor of the ATM machine.
