Documents Available to Members

Upon request, a member is entitled to review or receive a copy of the most recent version of the following credit union documents:

Keystone Credit Union is subject to the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code Ann. §§552.001 et seq.). The law, previously known as the Open Records Act, defines the right of access to public information from state agencies. The statute also specifies certain information that is confidential or otherwise exempt from the disclosure requirement. Members Access to Guidelines

The articles of incorporation, bylaws, state rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures of our Credit Union will be made available, during regular office hours, for inspection by any member. However, inspection must be accomplished within the credit union office and in the presence of one or more of the following:

  • Director of the Credit Union.
  • Officer of the Credit Union.
  • Committee Member of the Credit Union.
  • Manager of the Credit Union.
  • Assistant Manager of the Credit Union.
